“After reaching out I am much more impressed with the customer experience that happened. I hope that fast food restaurants will eliminate the timers that give negative feedback to the employees for cars sitting at the drive-thru too long and start serving first-come-first-serve again.

This whole 'time limit' at the window is getting out of hand.
I'm sitting in a one lane drive through that empties directly into a main road. There were no cars behind me and I was asked to pulled 8 feet forward to wait for my food. There is no point except these STUPID drive through timers. If a car had come up behind me, they would have been stuck there anyway because there is no way to get past where I was told to park.
ALL RESTAUARNTS NEED TO GET RID OF THE DRIVE-THRU TIMERS AND STOP MAKING US WAIT 20-25 MINUTES FOR FAST FOOD!“

“Fantastic Experience at A&W in American Fork!

I had a great visit to the A&W in American Fork! The restaurant was impressively clean and well-kept — everything from the dining area to the restrooms looked spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the General Manager, Joseph. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch restaurant. His attention to detail and friendly attitude created a positive, inviting atmosphere that you don’t always find in fast food spots.

If you're in the area and craving a classic root beer float or a burger, this A&W is the place to go. Clean, well-managed, and full of friendly faces — especially thanks to Joseph and his team!“

“OMG they were delicious so so good!!!“

“I ordered two junkyard dogs, and they came smothered in onions, mustard, and a couple of French fries. They were completely inedible. I don’t know if someone thought this was a joke, but it’s incredibly disappointing that anyone would willingly serve food like this to people who just want to eat. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for purposely giving this to customers.“

“I had a great experience here. The employees were awesome! Food was on point as usual. The restrooms were clean. Another customer overheard me saying that the cashier missed my order for an ice cream cone and he bought it for me. It totally made my evening!“
