We ordered $600 of sandwiches for an event this week. The sandwiches tasted great. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and our delivery driver had to wait 40 minutes for them to prepare the sandwiches and our event started late. They did give her a drink while waiting which was nice. If the order says "Ready for pickup at 6:15", then the sandwiches should be made before 6:15. A box was also left out of our order so we had to return an hour later to pick it up....

I just wanted to share that the people working there were very friendly and my order was ready on time, but when I was eating my sandwich I could tell that it wasn't totally clean ( it's something I notice and am picky about... ) maybe better handwashing practices or not contaminating gloves!! So sorry to mention that -- your food is always sooo good!! (:

The older guy at the cash register was very unfriendly and probably shouldn’t be working with customers. We ended up leaving and going to firehouse subs instead. Had a much better experience.
