I love Red Robin and their burgers! Almost every time I’ve gone I have had a positive experience. Unfortunately today I did not have good customer service. We went there for my birthday with my husband and two others. When we got there to sit down, I had three friends drive down from Idaho to surprise me. Instead of the host being kind about it, she was super upset that we needed more seats. Makes sense because it’s a Saturday but it was just 4pm, which shouldn’t be a big...

As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciate how careful the staff is about keeping my food safe for me to eat. My server this time was Miles and he was amazing about communicating with me about my food/allergy and checking up on my table frequently. The staff is awesome and the food was incredible!
