“A sweet little mom and pop shop, the couple who own it are just delightful! THE best won ton soup I have ever had! We ate here 3x in a week! The fresh rolls are delicious and the spring rolls are excellent! Prices are excellent and parking is free.“

“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was excellent. A divine dining experience!“

“I’m from out of town and loved coming here again. I brought my mom, daughter and son. We all really enjoyed the food. Great flavor!! I could tell the cashier was really annoyed when my son wanted to change up the salad. Granted he is super picky and I wanted all his unwanted toppings on the side so it was basically lettuce with toppings on the side. The restaurant was very dirty. Very dirty bathrooms and lots of grime on the floors and walls. Sticky tables and chairs. Great food though“

“We were in Provo on a trip and wanted to get some Pizza. We ended up at Slab Pizza. They have a different approach by having you order a "slab" (1/4 pizza) instead of a whole pizza. If you want a whole pizza, you order 4 slabs. Some of the pizza topping combos are unique, but very good. I would give it 5 stars but it is a little on the pricey side. However, I would go back.“

“I worked at this sizzler some 20 plus years ago. I was a server. I miss my customers and coworkers. This was the absolute best place I've ever worked. I now people have been a little off recently due to the covid pandemic, but as a long time employee of this company, 14 years of service, I'm still a big fan of Sizzling Plater Inc. I guarantee once this pandemic is behind us, You will see a strong healthy great group of people I've ever met will be back. “I stopped by my favorite place chick filet for an ice dream cone after a dr. Appt. I'm loading my pictures of the experience. The cones at 1.89. We're so small. Like a dot in a cup. I was very disappointed at this chik filet. What's the big deal to fill up a cup and plop a cone on top. The owners need to be a bit more generous. The CFL in Orem gives a very nice amount of ice cream. Come on CFL. Get ready for summer

“I was really blown away. I sat down to eat with a friend, and a very nice woman named Krista came up to our table and asked if we'd like ice water. Very welcome on a hot summer day. Such excellent service. Also, after waiting for a short while for our food, we got a free cookie! How awesome was that!“
