Great place. They give you a lot of pizza for the price. There's red pepper flakes and mozzarella to sprinkle on your pizza at most of the tables or on the side of the front counter. My friends and I tried BBQ Chicken, Meikel, Tomato Basil, and Pesto Pizzas (pictured is the Pesto), and they all tasted great. Definitely recommend. Parking is across the street, btw.
Slab has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. However, I’ve got to admit that my last few visits have been disappointing. The menu has really been paired down and many of our favorite pizzas and salads are gone. The pizzas that we did order were just okay, nothing special.
The people I was with mentioned that it felt like the restaurant had been scrubbed of its original, fun personality. I can’t disagree.

Slab Pizza is hands down my favorite restaurant in Provo. Their unique take on pizza elevates this classic dish into something truly special—so much so that I could (and often do) eat it for multiple meals in a row.
