Ordered a Monte Cristo which should come with raspberry jam. Picked up my order and no jam. Asked the employee and they confirmed that they were out of jam. No partial refund or free side available. Very sad, I usually like that sandwich.
I love the food here and eat here probably twice a week, but there is ZERO sense of urgency from the employees. They work at a snails pace. If you go to any other restaurant, they try to get food out asap, but not these guys. Their kiosk is always broken and doesn’t list all of the items on their menu.
Always has good food but inconsistent in quality. Just got a breakfast burrito and half of it was warm and the other half had cold sausage. It wasn’t just from cooling, it was colder than every other part of the burrito. I could feel it right when I picked it up, but don’t fully register it until I started eating. Not the first time this has happened. Love their sandwiches and would love a better consistency or at least price.
