This restaurant is a total gem—deeply rooted in Native American tradition with a modern, inviting ambiance. The space feels warm and grounded, with natural wood and soft lighting.
The food? Incredible. The fresh, fire-baked bread was unforgettable—crisp on the outside, soft inside, and served with honey butter. The bison ribeye was tender and flavorful, the bison meatballs were rich and perfectly spiced, and the trout was delicate and beautifully cooked.
