The food at The Pizza Factory is good. The kids pizza is a great size & tastes great. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Alfredo pizza. The Alfredo sauce was too heavy, I didn’t love that. But it was a great leftover. Their breadsticks are really the very best part. They were delicious & we ate them so fast! It was soft, fresh, warm. Perfect! During this trying time for food service employees and the restaurant business in general I thought they did pretty good. To be fully honest I felt like they're on the verge of shutting down due to lack of business. The place hasn't changed much in years, skeleton crew and a lot of very old technology everywhere. The food is delicious! The giant breadsticks are fun, and the dipping sauce that goes with the sweet ones is amazing. They seemed understaffed when we went, so some of the service was slow understandably
