“I know they have struggled with having a deliver driver or even enough employees at all, and when my order was nearing the delivery time I was worried it wasn’t coming at all. I received a phone call from the store letting me know it was in fact on the way. Mistakes are made, and people are human. But the fact that they at least called to apologize was a huge piece of customer service to me.“
“One time while waiting for our pizza to be made (it was hot but not ready) a guy came in and didn’t ring the bell. He stood around for a while waiting to be helped. Someone else came and walked up the the counter and tried to get the workers’ attention. The guy starting making a bunch of passive aggressive comments saying things like “I thought we lived in a society.” To be fair he should have waited at the counter if he wanted service. Anyway, the pepperoni pizza we ordered wasn’t that memorable. (We just only ever order pepperoni).“
“On the way to Salt lake, my boyfriend and I stopped here for a fill up meal. P the service was good and I thought that it was pretty standard kfc, although I will say the chicken did not seem the most fresh. However, it was still crispy and good and so were the fries, mac and cheese, and biscuits. They gave all the sauces required, and overall I thought it was a good KFC experience and filled my craving.“
