I love love love Front Perch Chicken. I just really wish they came to Manti/Ephraim area more often. My brother brought some home one day when they were in Gunnison. He had me try it and I fell in love. The owner is always so nice and welcoming. If you haven't tried it you need to. Totally wish they would be at the Sanpete County fair this year!
Awesome food truck! Other people have a problem with the dark meat but I found the tenders to be perfectly moist with the right amount of breading and my wife enjoyed them too. The fries are excellent also. We got the honey habanero and really liked them. We also got the fry sauce and ranch for dipping and both were really good. Great value for $10. I wouldn't hesitate to stop again!
