Ordered from them twice online order came late both times even tried to blame it on the Dasher and the website never took responsibility and then sent me an email how they don’t appreciate me telling people this story. They’ve lost my business. plenty of pizza places in town.

I know they have struggled with having a deliver driver or even enough employees at all, and when my order was nearing the delivery time I was worried it wasn’t coming at all. I received a phone call from the store letting me know it was in fact on the way. Mistakes are made, and people are human. But the fact that they at least called to apologize was a huge piece of customer service to me.

I absolutely love the big box deal, the taste of the deep pan pizza is amazing and my kids love the baked alfredo pasta. Our delivery guy was fast and friendly. It was so nice to get our pizza while it was still hot. Thank you for being amazing.
