I called this store after placing an order through the Chip website, as the Toast system advised contacting the store directly for any issues. Instead of taking the time to understand or help with the situation, the employee immediately told me to contact Uber or DoorDash—even though I had not used either of those apps to place my order. How would I know which service was used if I ordered directly through the site?

This place treats their staff poorly. Doesn't give them their tips, tells them what payday is and then never has the checks. Also discriminating against a pregnant staff member. Why would I support a place like that? Nope I wouldn't. Maybe they are in the wrong business.
