I loved my entire experience here. Amazing food! When you walk in, all the treats are on display. Always free samples at the register and they are a "must try".Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp in and wheelchair accessible parking.
I want to love this place but it is so poorly run. They are always understaffed and employees haven't been trained to multitask or triage items when it gets busy. I ordered 2 sugar cookies that I waited 7 minutes for cashier to grab, while she took more orders. Having worked in restaurants before, this reflects sadly on the management.

Kneaders is our family's favorite sandwich and pastry shop - hands down. There are other choices within a few blocks including Panera and Cafe Zupas, but these national chains don't have the quality of food nor as tasty menu options as Kneaders.
