“We had an unusual birthday cake request for my 7 year olds birthday today. Being new to the area, I wandered in seeing the store to ask about ordering a cake. I’ve never heard of them or experienced them before. They did an amazing job!! This was better than I even expected. The staff was SO kind. I will definitely be coming back for my future birthday cake needs as well as any other bakery and lunch items.“

“just want to drop a note to say a huge thank you for the absolute best service possible even long distance I'm a thousand miles away and ordered online a variety of cupcakes to be delivered to my husband's hotel while he's working on site, the cupcakes arrived so nicely boxed and such care was taken with delivery and it really brought a smile to my husband's face for his birthday since we couldn't be together this year ❤️“

“Coldstone is delicious but busy. This location specifically is always crazy but the last time I was there a worker named Henlee. Although there were 10 people in line, she managed to work fast and efficiently without harming the customer experience.
She was extremely kind and had such a friendly smile. With a short interaction, she was able to repair the customer relationship that was harmed by long lines.
She is an awesome worker and will go far with the right opportunities and training.“

“the owner and staff are very rude and unprofessional and not to mention they're liars too. my birthday cake was extremely ugly, she said she would give back the decorating fee since I found the cake ugly, she went back on her word. don't trust this business with your most precious memories. also, I didn't get all the decor I paid for“
