He made sure our experience was personal, he cracked some light jokes with us, and then whipped up some of the best ice cream creations we’ve had from any Coldstone location. “We always get cookie cakes from here for our family birthdays. The past two cakes I've gotten, one in July for my daughter and one this past weekend for my son, were decorated so so cute. They really did a great job. They are always ready for pickup when I ask, and our family loves them. The employees are helpful. I'd recommend the cookie cakes!“

The cake and cupcakes looked absolutely beautiful—everything was decorated perfectly for the occasion. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Raquel answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Her pricing was also very reasonable compared to others I considered. The cake itself tasted amazing, especially the raspberry filling—it was a big hit! The only downside was that some guests and I felt the cupcakes were a little dry and lacked flavor. That said, the customer service alone makes me want to order again. I’d definitely come back in the future!“
