“Crumbl in Springville always has the best staff who greet you and and are willing to help with any questions. Their cookies look like the pictures most of the time. The strawberry skillet cookie didn't have any strawberries on top and it was just a big blob of the cream in the middle. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with the appearance of a cookie. I will definitely return to this location again. One less than perfect appearance of a cookie won't change my mind about how delicious they are. Hey! Looks are everything 😉“

“Use to be cowboy donuts. Now donut run. Donuts got better. We got an Apple fritter and a cronut and a chocolate raised and an egg and sausage kolache. Apple fritter has good little apple chunks and good spice level. Not chewy and crispy edges enough and almost tasted underbaked.
Cronut had good layers but the layers were a little doughy and felt like the butter ran out while baking.
Chocolate raised was solid.
Egg and sausage was good. Not as good as Hrskas kolaches but nice.
Overall donut run 7/10. I would not go out of my way to get them but I wouldn’t be sad if someone brought them.“

“To the 2 ladies that worked the night of Oct 12 I wanted to say I am truly sorry. My course of action that evening was terrible and inexcusable. I was way too hasty and I lacked patience and I should have just waited. I feel very bad for what I did yet you two showed me kindness even for what I did. I am very thankful for that even though I felt like scum. Me and my family really enjoyed the cookies and I am thankful for what you guys did for me that day. “Sam made our wedding cake after we won a 2 tiered cake from a wedding expo in Utah County. We opted to upgrade to 3 tiers and were so not disappointed. Sam is very easy to work with, very kind, and has a quick response time. Our cake turned out so beautifully, exactly what we wanted and more! The quality and flavor of the cake were perfect as well, very moist and delicious!! Definitely recommend!“

“I stopped by here as I was in the area taking some pics. I had this place in my radar to visit. The gentleman behind the counter if you was chowder in a sourdough bowl come in Friday and before they sell out. Well I made it today and it was AWESOME. The sourdough was crisp and the chowder was AWESOME. The staff worked fast getting food out and they all worked well together. Definitely a place to visit again.“

“I’ve bought cookies from Brittnee more than once and they are always good. We’ve done baptism favors, teacher gifts, and client gift cookies all with different art and they always look so cute and taste delicious. We love the signature lemon flavor best and like the option to package each cookie separately when needed. We will be ordering again and again!“
