This cafe is inside the Tax building (with another tinier location in the MASOB building right across the street to the west). You can get to it easily by the slightly hidden sliding glass door on the west side of the building, or you can go in the front doors and walk past the DMV lines and through the doorway into the cafeteria area where the cafe is.
I am kinda surprised this place has good reviews. I have gone many times when I was too lazy to go get food somewhere else. Usually I am left underwhelmed. The burritos have no flavor, the eggs are oily, any sides seem very bland. The BBQ sandwich was okay. The pancakes are huge and fluffy and sweet and smell awesome. Overall the food works in a pinch but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Taco Bell or anything else close is better.
Love this place. They do fantastic coffee drinks. I went on a quest for the freshest hamburger I could find- this is where it is. The daily special is always worth checking out. Love these guys
