The service was excellent. I've been in to this coffee shop a couple times. They have a wonderful atmosphere here and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your legal brew in Utah! Try the hot mocha latte! That's my favorite.

I am at this WF routinely and I've have to say their checkout clerks have to be among the rudest and/or disinterested of any of the WF's I shop. I don't know what it is, or why they're that way, but it doesn't seem to matter whether it's morning, noon, or night. They are routinely awful! My husband refuses to shop there anymore because he has had it with them. I'm thinking it's time I join him. With stiff competition just around the block at Trader Joe's (almost always friendly staff), they need do better.

I like their selection, but their prices are a bit high and they do not enforce the one direction aisle shopping - while to be fair, no stores do, the difference is their own Whole Foods delivery shoppers are breaking the rules throughout the store (likely due to Amazon's strict quotas that are lording over them with the threat of losing their job during the holiday season). Amazon, treat your workers better!!!

I have written a review for here before, though it goes without saying that WFM is the best grocery place for gourmet! The WFM Foundation also contributes to our society to a level that speaks volumes about their ethics. Even with all these Amazon Prime shoppers, there are still things on the shelves and the only thing this location needs are more employees staffed and working (Especially during the Holidays!). Amy, Eric, Rosie, Jordan, Jeremy, and Dana (just to name a few) have helped me when they were in the middle of other things and I never felt burdensome despite the obvious. Chinonso helped me check out recently and her efficiency is admirable. You know when I asked her for her name she became scared! These holidays must be so challenging for the employees with C19 and Amazon Prime. I hope fellow guests remember to be especially kind this year. Life is all about sharing cheer. I always see a few employees since I first stepped foot in the door some years ago, and it's refreshing to see them providing even better care than ever before! Juniper looks like the young lady on the Organic Valley Pasture Raised milk cartons and she seems to be anything but lost! And how about those amazing WFM cookies that Jessica helps bake better than butter on toast? I'm just getting to learn about Sherri, Tom, and the Raw team in the northwest section of the store, but Shawnie and friends in the delicatessen have been introducing me ta new cheeses and some of the best sushi and cold cuts nearly every time I come in. Despite the hot bar being on C19 savings time...those pizza slices on the east side look leaps and bounds better than that Hut guy from the movie...Space balls?

Every few months, our household does a "cleanse" and pivot from eating unhealthy to eating "better". It's almost like clockwork-we've got the routine down so well. We were not quite to the point in the cycle where we swear off cookies and replace them with all natural produce and protein bars-but an impromptu visit to Whole Foods while wandering around Trolley Square kicked off the cycle and threw us into it full-swing. It started with the produce. For the life of me, I can't get decent produce at the stores I usually shop. They seem fine for a day or two, but very quickly turn moldy or soft. I was in the market for some specific items for a charcuterie board I'm making Wednesday (hi virtual Yelp event!) and was going to do a quick run through to get a couple items. But then, I figured, why not browse just a bit more? The aisles are full of products that look slightly foreign to me. The brands are unfamiliar, many of them local, and at first glance, intimidating. I'm not gonna lie, I grew up on Campbells and Kellog's, so some of these new brands push me outside my comfort zone. And I love it! The creativity is sparked and I am inspired to learn to cook in a whole new way. Although this location isn't close to home, I may venture out and explore more options. And when I'm in the area, probably stop by. On the drive home, my wife and I broke into some of the produce. OK, truth-some of it didn't make it home-it was that good. Now I'm guaranteed to make another visit before Wednesday.

The staff is very friendly and they carry a wide range of products, but their produce section is horrific. Almost every time I've bought fresh veggies and fruit they go bad within 1-2 days. I've picked out moldy fruit and rotting kale many many times. You'd think their staff would only put fresh food on the shelves but time and time again that has not been the case

The staff was really friendly but I would expect Whole Foods to check inventory and not sell food that is over 4 months expired.

Worst customer service and order fulfillment we've had since Covid! Don't order on Amazon and expect to get your Whole Foods order; super simple bread and some staples for the week and couldn't even make it to our home for delivery. We suggest sticking with Smith's or someone who actually delivers and knows how to treat loyal customers! Epic fail and I'm sure we're not the only ones considering how simple our order was to fill and home easy to find.

Just had the most amazing experience at your Whole Foods. My boyfriend and I were having one of those weeks and one of your cashiers really brightened our day. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she had long brown hair and we chatted about non dairy (avocado) ice cream. We are so sad we didn't get her name but her customer service and food recommendations are the reason why we shop at Whole Foods! She was so courteous and kind. Great customer service and vibe!! Thank you!

I think I gave them 5 stars before because despite the price of the food bar it was worth every penny (see my 5-star Five Guys review for comparison; sometimes when food is expensive theres a reason). For some reason yelp is letting me leave this review so I dont know what happened with the previous one... regardless, Whole Foods has been owned by Amazon for a long time now, so EVERY [friendly, cheerful, knowledged, sincere, homeopathic-loving] EMPLOYEE in the company IS COMPLICIT in Jeff Bezos' GREED AND APATHY: HALF THE @#$& COUNTRY IS OUT OF WORK, but NOT A SINGLE ITEM IN THE ENTIRE $%&# STORE was on sale. place was EMPTY today and i was SO GLAD when i went to Trader Joes a mile away THERE WAS LITERALLY A LINE OUT THE DOOR AND ACROSS THE PARKING LOT; I never seen anything like it, never could have IMAGINED anything like this could happen: rather than drive a few feet to Whole Foods, people were waiting in a LONG line with masks and gloves (because apparently the store had a limit of people inside at the same time) for TJs FAIR AND DECENT prices. Or Id rather go to Smiths, where HALF THE STORE is on sale, including NINETY-NINE CENT EGGS, ON THE SAME DAY that there was a story on the news about how the price of eggs was skyrocketing during the pandemic) Didnt appreciate the obnoxious "crowd" director either (for all both of the customers in the store), though Ill certainly acknowledge she might easily be significantly friendlier under different/normal circumstance. MIGHT be(/I would hope)... (I may reconsider this entire review in a little bit actually, due to the Wuhan situation, but nothing is going to change the fact that i could count on one hand how many sale items there were... in the middle of a #$%& epidemic)

I had ordered for delivery earlier in the day. I have standing instructions on my Amazon account regarding the front of my building being locked and to deliver to the back. I'm in an apartment so the back is open to the public. The groceries were scheduled to come about when I was to get home from work. On my way home I got a text from the Whole Foods delivery driver saying he was at the front door and couldn't get in. Shortly there after I get a call from "Driver support" and that's where the story turns south. The guy lied and said I had no instructions (two customer service reps later would read my instructions back to me from my account). I told the guy where the diver needed to deliver and he hung up on me mid sentence. He called back about five minutes later saying the driver didn't know what door (I had just told him) I told him again, and he got rude. I asked for his manager and he said "We aren't able to deliver to you, you'll get an email" and hung up. The guy was at my building, my instructions were on the order, and then because some random person over seas didn't want me to talk to his manager about his behavior, he canceled my order... I called Amazon and when into whole foods after. Amazon apologized. Wholefoods apologized and said even though it's from their store they don't deal with the deliveries it's a separate part of Amazon which is ludicrous. Driver support called shortly there after to reschedule and see why they couldn't deliver and again I explained the story. BAD EXPERIENCE. And not the first one in the three years I've lived here with Amazon not reading instructions. I will admit I've now gotten closed to $200+ in credits because their deliver drivers refuse to read. That's nice, but just hire competent people.... that's all. I'd gladly just not have to deal with this and forgo the credits and not deal with utter bufoonery. First time I've had a Wholefoods order where the experience was this bad. Usually Wholefoods people are nice. I like the store. However tonight makes me questions ever ordering delivery service from them ever again. I shouldn't have to be in tears because some person who hates he job decided to be excessively rude and then wield his mediocre power in some weird revenge because I asked for a manager. Over the top ridiculous.

Anyone that gives Whole Foods more than 3 stars isn't really a true small batch organic kind of person. Pretty sad to see Whole Foods go downhill and get away from what they once were - community vendor and organic focused, not that im impressed with "certified organic" standards. Whole Foods was going downhill prior to Amazon purchasing them but Amazon put the nail in the coffin. There has been a huge reduction in organic produce offerings as well as local vendors products. :( Amazon understands they can make more money like all other retailers and basically offer the big national brand items that come from "factory/corporate farms" that grow food in depleted soils. They also cut way back on "biodynamic" products whihc were growing until Amazon showed up. This will hurt them with their core customers but Amazon will probably never feel the bleed since they are just a big machine. There is no difference now between Amazon's/Whole Foods organic produce offerings versus Smith's, Walmart, etc. Farmers Market or bust i guess.
