I placed a big order and was told they may not have time to “butterfly” my order but Nick was amazing, he made it possible and saved my day! So excited to find a classic fish market with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came for the sushi fish! They had escolar, my favorite. I also got hamachi, oysters and, on the recommendation of staff, went with the New Zealand salmon. Prices were so reasonable and I found quality and freshness to be top notch. I will definitely be back. Plus the location -- pairing a fresh fish market with Caputo's Italian market is just a recipe for a great night in.

Always friendly and always excellent fish. Have been going there since before they opened to the public and the quality has always been outstanding. We have done over 100 sushi parties and hundreds of poke bowls with their catch and everyone always comments on the quality of the fish. I have eaten plenty of sushi in NYC, LA, and Vegas and have never had any exceed the quality of Aquarius here in good old Salt Lake City. They are a real treasure in our area. Thanks, guys! We also grab goodies like the seaweed salad or caviar to impress at parties. We came from Texas where this high-quality option was not available anywhere, so we are happy Utah campers! Great customer service offering ice and to cut the skin off too. They're always willing to answer my questions when I'm feeling adventurous.
