Aquarius Fish Co. offers top-notch service and the best sushi grade fish in the Salt Lake area. Customers appreciate the staff's dedication, with many noting the knowledge and friendliness of team members like Caleb. The restaurant is known for its consistently good sushi grade fish, and all other fish options are also of high quality. While some miss past menu items like New Zealand oysters, Aquarius Fish Co. remains a go-to spot for fresh fish in Utah. The dining experience is highly recommended for seafood lovers, especially for those looking to make poké or sushi.
