This chessesteak is completely out of control. I have no idea who gave Arby's permission to disrespect chessesteak restaurants like this, but these people are running wild.

The young lady lady at the counter today argued with me about my order after it was incorrect, and then proceeded to get clarification if I could have the correct order 3 to 4 minutes later after waiting and others behind me, it was announced that I was allowed to have the correct order would not recommend her customer service to anyone it is in fact the worst customer service I have ever had. I have never been argued about what I wanted to eat and then needing permission to have it. Customer service skills have gone. They are not what they used to be. I’ll go elsewhere.

If I had a nickel for every time I orders a Kings Hawaiian from this store and got a Deluxe Burger, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it is weird that it happened twice. Isn’t it? Anyway, meme’s aside. I just can’t stand how incompetent the workers at this store must be. I want fried fish not fried beef. Btw that’s how that cook the “Wagyu” beef (lie). They fry it in the same vat of oil they fry their chicken and fish. Just letting y’all know.
