Worst service ever received from any Arby's location. Extremely rude employees & manager is just as horrible as their staff. The service expectations for Arby's are moderate to low in general, but if a negative 5 star was available, that would be this locations rating from my experience.

Fish sandwiches were hot, but fries were room temperature. Always a downer for me. Employees did not seem particularly interested that we were there, except the young man working the drive-through who got me spoons.

I ordered a double Roast Beef, they put it on a regular sized bun and it was a mess to eat, to say the least. They must have scraped the bottom of the barrel to get the fries that were nasty. I ordered the Crinkle fries because I do NOT like the curky fries. I will try to post a photo of the fries which were inedible.

Man their prices go up and up and the quality just does not keep up. Roast beef and roast beef and cheddar belong on a dollar menu but instead are almost 6$ each. Curly fries are always a bonus but it was annoying that I asked for curly fries and half my cup was filled with crinkle fries

I just went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order was very nice! As I’m sitting at the window waiting for my food the guy who took my order walked away and one of the guys from the kitchen walks over and opened the drive thru window and proceeded to throw a 10lb chunk/slab of burning hot roast beef through my car window and right onto my lap and then walk away. I sat there for a second trying to process what just happened then it started burning me so I picked it up and set it on my center console. Then the guy who took my order came back to the window and asked if I was ok and was apologizing profusely, then the guy who tossed the roast beef at me came back and threw something at the guy who took my order and it hit him right in the chest! Me and the guy who took my order just looked at each other in disbelief and were both very confused at what just happened and why that kid was so mad. Needless to say, that was the worst most odd experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive in! I hope the guy who went on the food throwing rampage gets some serious help! I posted a picture of the situation in the photo section for anyone who doesn’t believe it haha I wouldn’t believe it myself if I didn’t go through it!

Service is great, but food isn't properly prepared. Don't ever order a Rueben if you like the bread toasted. I've tried drive through, and counter and asking for the bread to be run through the toaster machine 4 x, talked to the manager, but nothing helps. The cooks is plain careless. And for $12 for the meal, just too many other places to take my money.
