Don’t be deceived by their hours. They don’t open until 7 am and they only have breakfast sandwiches.

I couldn’t find them.

I've got a six-hour layover at SLC, so it's on me, no one else. After washing my hands, I think, 'Time for a buttery, salty pretzel.' Two chicks are waiting, and the guy hands me a pretzel, but doesn’t mention it’s a greasy pepperoni pretzel—not what I wanted! I’m craving the salty pretzel that’ll roast my blood pressure. But I already paid, and no way I’m making a scene in front of them, so I grumble, slam dunk my $6 pretzel in the trash, and walk away. At least I saved 500 calories—that’s the upside.

If you’re traveling through SLC airport and craves pretzels then check out Auntie Anne’s Pretzel place at concourse A, it’s located in between gate A36 and A38. They have the best pretzels ever and are always filled to the top of the cup. My favorite is the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. They’re very affordable. Make sure to try the pretzels before leaving because sometimes they get made and leave under a warmer and they tend to get hard and unable to chew. Good thing my gate was across so I went back to get a refund and one of the staff gave me a new one that was soft, hot and easy to chew. The staffs are very friendly and always has a smile on their face when you go to order.

Kid-friendliness: Great place to grab a quick snack bite for your kids.

Online it says they’re open at 530a. Went and asked the worker what time they open, he responded, “maybe 7.” Horrible customer service.

Employee was nice. Pretzels were terrible. Better off eating the cup they came in.

If you don’t tip you will get treated to the workers whisper “Wait this guy didn’t tip” followed by them scooping half of your food out of the cup before handing it to you after they have done nothing but hand me a cup that had been filled hours

Was forced to give a tip. Tried putting zero into the card reader and it would not let me. Was forced to tip a dollar to someone who did next to nothing!

Attempted to buy something at 7:40 am when they are (supposedly) open. No food of any kind was on display. All lights were on and two employees were standing around talking. I asked if they were open and was rudely told no. I then asked when they might be open and was told, “we don’t really know.” Seems like an odd way to do business, having employees that can’t answer a basic question like “when do you open.” 0/10 for rude, lazy employees.

The auntie Anne's inside the salt lake City international airport is absolutely horrid. They tried selling me a sandwich for $15 it was marked for 10 and when I asked for a refund for almost 10 minutes they told me they could not refund me even though they were still holding the cash in hand that I had originally given them. This one experience alone will make me not want to try any other establishments ever again. Their customer service was absolutely atrocious and the lady basically made me feel like I was stupid for not wanting to spend that much money on a stupid sandwich.

We visited on a Saturday morning about 8 AM. They had virtually no product to sell only a few cups of pretzel bites and one pretzel. The employee working there got on the phone called someone saying she needed food now. Within us within a few minutes of my visit they were closed, since they have no product to sell for the next 45 minutes they never reopened.

Picked up a pepperoni pretzel and it was hard to bite. The cheese was mostly burned. Clearly they didn't care what they were handing out. I didn't have the time to go back and request another one because my flight was already boarding.

These pretzels taste like yesterday's throw aways. Not fresh at all. Heated again. Regret stopping here for a quick bite.
