I appreciate healthier meal options while traveling like Vessel offers. However, the food is just off the mark. The Hash Hash Bowl, while very delicious, featured Braised Beef that was almost too tough to consume. Similar to a well done steak, awfully chewy. Maybe it was this particular cut of beef or how it was prepared. I would certainly eat here again, but opt for the Al Pastor.Dietary restrictions: Numerous menu options for those looking to avoid certain foods.
This is my favorite restaurant ever! I am so happy they have a fun sized one here at the SLC airport. New American cuisine. Which is healthy sustainable and feels very organic and clean. Kid friendly and will provide a great meal anytime of day. I haven't tried breakfast but it looks great. I got the hash hash today , one of their most popular dishes. Everything is pretty good.

This is hands down the best place to grab food to go in SLC. Really fresh food, made with good ingredients, tastes great. Friendly staff as well which is always nice. I always get the chicken grain bowl, but the Caesar bowl was also amazing, 100% recommend!
