The service was the main redeeming quality here. The issues are not competent their fault. They are in a bad location because of the significant number of homeless hanging around both inside and outside. It really takes away from the atmosphere of the place.The employees seemed to try to do their best to make your visit enjoyable. The food doesn't seem as good as it is to be. I mean the food was hot but the taste just wasn't what I am use to from KFC.
I don't understand why I have to drive from the window over the spot number 3 and wait 15 minutes for my food when my chicken nuggets come out cold and the guy doesn't even bring my drink????? So then I have to wait another 5 minutes. ? I feel like KFC is trying to step up their game but these employees are really screwing it up.
I was so excited to find an A&W and now I’m excited to come back. This establishment was so clean with a great staff. I of course got the Rootbeer Float and the secret fries. ??? 10/10 recommend
