This place just needs to close. I am sorry about your wait times are unacceptable, the amount of times the dine in area is closed, the lights being turned off even though when calling you are open and its 6pm, and the constant short staff.

I stopped at A&W kfc And got me a yummy Mashed Potato Bowl and a root beer, Oh my gosh I totally forgot how good A&W root beer is it was so satisfying.?

I went through the drive through and ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with no cheese and a double bacon cheeseburger. Get home and neither burger had bacon. I called the store and informed them of the problem and was told to bring the burgers back and they would fix the problem. I have worked in the restaurant industry for going on 20 years and have never been asked to bring the incorrect items back. I personally know that they are not allowed to accept the food back once it has left the restaurant. We also ordered root beers and both of them were 3/4 of the way full. Not a good experience here. We were also not provided a receipt.

Ordered drive-thru, was fairly quick until we checked our order. Two orders were made wrong. Had to go back inside to get it corrected, and could here the staff making comments about making a hamburger vs. cheeseburger. One order was so messy we couldn't attempt to eat in the car. Would not recommend this location.
