I went to this location this morning and the worker named Maya was really rude and had the nastiest attitude towards me and the other employees. The drink was amazing but your employee needs to be more Respectful to others.

I absolutely love this location! After a recent bad experience at a different place, I’ve decided to stick with this one because it’s never let me down. I come to Beans and Brews almost every day, sometimes more than once, because I not only love the coffee but also the amazing staff. I know all their names, and they know mine! It feels like we’re friends to some degree, and it’s such a comforting feeling to walk into an establishment and be greeted with so much kindness and energy. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!

The team here is truly wonderful, and I genuinely appreciate each of them. For instance, after my poor experience at the Highland Drive location, I called this store to check the price for a large coffee because I’d been charged for a large but only given a medium. When I addressed it at the other location, the staff there were rude, slammed the window in my face, and just poured the medium into a large cup without even an apology. They also ignored my calls when I tried to follow up, leaving me feeling awful.

However, when I called this location, they answered right away, confirmed the price, and even invited me over so they could remake my drink. The staff apologized repeatedly for the other store’s actions, even though it wasn’t their fault, and their thoughtfulness really made my day. It also made me realize how rare it is these days to find people who genuinely take pride in their work, even in a coffee shop.

I believe that no matter where you work, if you do your best and take pride in it, you’ll make it great. Sadly, over the past few years, this mindset has declined so much that I often dread going out to certain places because it ends up being a disappointment. But not here! This location is the exception. Even if it’s out of my way, I’ll continue to come here because I know I’m going to get a great cup of coffee and leave with a smile on my face every single time.

this is my all time favorite beans and brews! the bathrooms are always clean and good smelling, the food is delicious and served super fast, and the baristas are so sweet! this beans has an amazing work environment as well! i’ve also been to other beans and comparative, this one is the cleanest and friendliest

The girl at this location is a complete ignorant person. Why would you tell customers not to come back because both girls are incompetent on how to scan a flipping app. Blame it on the app but guaranteed it’s called they don’t know how to press a button. Our drinks sat for a good 5 minutes while the incompetencey shined thru. These young kids nowadays need to learn how to work and not cry and pretend to shake because customers get frustrated over them not being able to learn how to SCAN the app. Ridiculous.

Customer service is great and the drinks there are also great. The baristas are very kind and welcoming, and its very beautiful inside this location. It's quiet and comfortable, highly recommend if you want to enjoy a delicious drink and/or study.

Caroline was an amazing barista! Very pleasant and quickly took and completed my order! Saw her help resolve an issue with another customer with excellent care and quickly resolved their issue! Excellent service and atmosphere!

Terrific visit here this morning! The drive thru was pretty busy but they were on top of things inside. The cashier/barista happily printed a receipt when I mentioned I hadn’t yet set up the app. Thank you!

I just had the hot "mint" tea. A good size cup, at a good price! Great place to meet up with friends.
