This is hands down the best Beans & Brews in the state! The staff are so kind and genuine and make my morning brighter every time I visit. A special spotlight on Erin, she is the absolute sweetest! She does such a great job and makes every visit feel special. My coffee is always perfect when she is working.

Olivia was amazing greated me with a great smile and was very attentive to all my allergies. She recognized that I was lactose intolerant by my original order and caught me not ordering oat milk on my second order and saved me a horrible stomach ache. The attention to detail is on point. This is by far the best beans and brew in town.

If you have to have a key to the bathroom you really should put it somewhere that employees don't have to touch it and then without washing their hands continue preparing drinks and food. Disgusting, and the reason I didn't order anything to eat or drink.

It was bigger than other beans and brews I’ve been, how ever options were not that much. Also I’ve had the word danish in my life. Spending almost 4 dollars on a coffee shop danish which tastes like uncooked dough and also I asked to warm it up, which I don’t know why didn’t happen. Not happy with it

I consistently receive excellent customer service from the staff at the Millcreek Beans and Brews. Kaiya recognizes me and goes above and beyond on every visit. The staff always make me feel welcome.

The staff here is what makes this coffee shop worth it
So many times I have seen them dealing with everything from broken equipment to very demanding customers but they remain professional
They know many people's drinks orders and say hello by their names

Just not the kind of crew you find in most coffee shops anymore
