The manager, Garrett? was in an argument with an employee and was berating and belittling her the whole time. He was more consumed with this argument than to help me make a simple breakfast order. Very strange and unprofessional experience.

Located in the SLC Airport, terminal A. Friendly and kind staff. I love cheese, but these sandwiches are way too overloaded with cheese. It was just too much for me.

Spoke with Carson He was soo professional and kind and really has a Great Airport morning personality. He gave me some suggestions I chose the mac n cheese. Never tried it we will see! He was very quick and accommodating. We need workers like him in the airport! I travel almost every other day for work! Can he come to Dallas and show them how to smile and welcome people into the mornings? lol People like Carson have no idea the tones and kindness he uses really makes someone morning so smooth. A warm coffee with a kind conversation really sets the mood. Thanks Carson for making me forget I was having to go back to work! *he did give me permission to take his picture

The guy took forever and spilled all the cheese out of my sandwich onto the grill. So I got a grilled cheese sandwich with no cheese. They need to train their employees. Did I mention the bacon was cold and the cheese not really melted. Update: I took it back and asked for a refund. They were very rude about it when I thanked them for taking care of the refund.

I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich and a coffee for $19, which is kind of expected at the airport. But I also expect my order to be correct. I only received a grilled cheese sandwich. It was alright but I was disappointed that I didn’t get what I ordered. And I tipped the guy too.

Awesome place! We ordered a sandwich and a quinoa bowl, and both were amazing—far better than typical airport food. The coffee was decent too, better than Starbucks. Highly recommend this spot for a quick, tasty meal during travel.
Orders are slow, get lost, and have been forgotten in both my experiences. Getting a refund wasn't possible without manager, who wasn't present at the time.
