I can’t vouch for much in Salt Lake City because it’s been without power or under construction, but Bewilder Brewing is easily 5/5. The absolute best fries and giant soft pretzels I have ever had, and I live in a heavily German city (Cincinnati). Cherry Mother Pucker by Bewilder also a solid 5/5 sour; great/ clean flavor! So good that we came back twice while in the area!!
