A plertera of selections that are all waiting for you. As a recent convert to plant based healthy eating. It is difficult to to maintain this lifestyle in many restaurants. Hub & Spoke hits this note perfectly. I highly recommend their style of restaurant with locally sourced food prepared fresh daily.
Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a long time. The pancakes were fantastic as were the homemade grits. Our server, Meera, had a constant smile on her face, and was the best. Great place.

This was our first time there and we were happy with the variety of choices and what we ended up having. The food comes out hot and plentiful. The chicken and waffle entree had a egg on top and country potatoes. My omelet was packed with veggies and I had plenty of potatoes too.
