I am a cancer patient at Huntsman who has had many stays at Huntsman from 2025 until now. I have noticed the food is consistantely hot and fresher than it has been in the past. More attention to detail. Fries are delivered hot and crispy, Caesar salads are fresh and crisp. Order the Caesar with shrimp, it is incredible. I can say it would be mindful to increase the tempurature of coffee so it is delivered to the room hot. The coffee is good, would be nice to be delivered hot....read full review
