I am not vegan or vegetarian but my best friend is and she really wanted to take us. I am always skeptical of vegan foods but I got the Mac Daddy and it was sooo good! The brisket meat is very flavorful and seasoned and I would almost believe it was real meat if I wasn't told it was vegan. Blatch’s serves some of the best food in Salt Lake City in my humble opinion. More than that the owners are kind people who offer to help others, and make sure to highlight and collaborate with other small local businesses. What they are building here looks a lot like the kind of world I want to live in, and that is probably the sweetest thing of all about them. *chefs kiss*
