Be prepared to wait. But it’s worth it I promise. Super friendly owner/operator who likes to chat with customers while they are in line. Lively energy the whole time you wait. Everything is vegan so go crazy. Do not miss the mac and cheese- oh my gosh! He even has packaged “meats” in the fridge you can buy and take home. As well as ice cream sandwiches and pop to purchase. Blatch’s is simply the best! The portions are huge, flavors are complex and tasty, and the owners are the sweetest ever! They really take the time to develop their ingredients and processes to make the best tastes and textures.
The only bummer is the limited days/hours, so make sure you plan your visit to line up with their opening.
Note that they sometimes do pop-ups at times other than their Wednesday and Friday slots. He told me to check Google because sometimes they have extra days available.
The food is great and the service is very friendly. Would highly recommend if you’re around while they’re open!
