I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I work in the airport as well so I come to this restaurant every morning to get food, or rarely just get utensils. It’s never been an issue because I am a customer who comes almost every single day to this location. The guy with dark brown hair started telling me that I’m a disgrace for asking for a fork without buying food. He told me I’m disgusting and then when I told him I’ll pay for the fork he then threw the fork on the counter and told me I’m “not worthy of having things handed to me” when I asked why he threw it.

Be very careful eating at this restaurant. My husband had food poisoned and was in terrible condition during the five-hour flight. I thought we won't make it. They refunded $43.00. Delta flight attendants were terrific.

Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry. The staff look like they wanna kill you if you order food. All had piss poor attitudes. My family and I ordered a bunch of food and they all were huffing and puffing about it. Took an hr to get some of the food items corrected. Was thoroughly disappointed with our experience. You’re better off going anywhere else in the airport or surrounding area. It’s an expensive way to be treated poorly.

We did not get our food as ordered. Very lame. Also, we were given a beeper to let us know when our order was ready. Beeper never went off and our food apparently sat there for a while without knowing it was ready

Updated 8/14/24: Previously Hummus plate and Southwest Turkey Club are consistently very good. Best food in the SLC airport IMO… next to Rockwell Ice Cream. Now the update: shrinkflation and quality has dropped.

The turkey avacado sandwiches we ordered were the worst we’ve ever had. It had a dash of something green that could have been a smudge of avacado but had no taste. The turkey looked & tasted like baloney. I will NEVER eat there again.

I ordered the Turkey avocado sandwich and it was pretty disappointing. It had one and a half pieces of turkey the thickness of Hormel turkey (thin deli). The avocado should have stated guacamole. It tasted and was a smear of out of the jar guacamole. $14 with no drink. I will pass on this franchise going forward. All locations are cutting corners and the quality is garbage.

It was way before opening and my flight was early, but the gentleman at the counter said I could sit at the table until my daughter comes in 5 hours after i did. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, cool, calm and relaxing!!! The gentleman working was polite, brought me ice for my cold drinks, hot sauce for my burrito! He just was kind and had amazingly awesome customer service! My experience here for the 1st time was BEAUTIFUL! It made my time here waiting for 5 hours, fly by so fast! How do I send a photo of the place and food????
Wheelchair accessibility: Blue Lemon had lots of room for my wheelchair, bags and my bags without being in the way of others walking or sitting at their tables! I also had great lighting above my table so I could see better. I had an outlet next to me, so I could charge my phones after traveling so far from Hawaii! Great ADA Assistance?

Had the short rib grilled cheese. Was pretty good and was made fast. Didn't have any issue grabbing a bite with little time in-between flights.
Clicked on what I thought was the turkey, but maybe accidentally hit the burger button. After explaining that I couldn’t eat it as I can’t have any dairy the employee just pointed to the screen and said this is what you ordered, shrugged and then turned away. This put me in a position to have to ask another customer to trade food with me, which was embarrassing. At least I didn’t have to just throw it away and waste 20 dollars for a sandwich that sucked anyways. Customer service must not be the strong suit here.
