I ordered the sausage and waffle w egg. Everything was cooked fresh but the flavor and textures were a strange combo. The sausage is a beef and pork combo with a odd flavor - blood? The waffle was sweet and I could feel the sugar granules. No syrup needed! Combined with the odd sausage - we tossed or food snd went somewhere else with actual tables and humans that interact with you.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!I stood there for almost 10 minutes to order and this girl not even once acknowledged me or take my order, it took another person , another customer to show me how to use the kiosk because she said that it’s always like this with this place they don’t want to help you and they are so unwelcoming,,,Never will purchase from Thai place again!!!

Ordered the sausage and egg waffle, only given 1 not 2 sausages, so shorted half the protein I paid for.

This cute lil shop can be found inside the SLC Airport. We thought we’d pop in and try this since we don’t have one in the actual Salt Lake area. You are able to order on the screens in the front without interacting with a cashier. The food was so so. The fries were the best bit. If you’re looking for a savory snack - try the cone of fries with their fresh made fry sauce.

Employee was down on the floor and when she noticed us, made us wait even longer. Food was hideous, nothing like the other locations. Went in the trash.

Edit: my beef is actually with the owners who use a super confusing and hard to use ordering system. Apparently they won’t update or fix their software which causes issues for their workers, who are nice, helpful, and frustrated. They forgot my fries and I’m in the B-Gate so going back is would add half a mile to my day. They don’t even have a phone number to call to have someone bring it and both workers were so unhelpful and uninterested.

Oh skip this one, fries are packet frozen fries. Not anything like Brussels.Service is so bad too. Left me standing for 10 minutes whilst they cleared the counters and labelled food bins. Then asked if I ordered… only to serve me the cold fries.

Ordered the ‘Belgium friet’ and although the fries itself seemed fresh and okay, they were way, way, way too salty. Just completely unnecessary and a shame.Friendly service though.

Waaaaay to salty, had to scrape all the fries of salt before I could eat it. As a Dutch guy who grew up with Belgian fries, this is a shame. Mayonaise also tasted like aioli. Also not served in a traditional paper bag like displayed on the signing.

Tasty! Great fries... Don't know about the other options yet, maybe another tripSauces are a great option for variety sake. They compliment the fries in a good way. Note: the flavor that sounds hot... It's not at all. It was one of the least flavorful of them. The screen for ordering was easy to use and allowed you to take your time. The line was not a problem. Orders were coming out about every 5min.

Unless you REALLY want garlic aioli ASAP - no judgement - there's just no reason to get fries here. They're good fries but hella overpriced.

Bruges is in the running for my Top 3 Food Spots in SLC. I can't count how many times I've been here. The waffles, both savory and sweet, are all delicious. I've tried almost everything on the menu and while I like some waffles better than others, every waffle is fantastic. There's not a bad thing on the menu. I'm also a big fan of the Machine Gun Sandwich, which is so over the top and tasty that I almost laugh every time I order it. The highlight at Bruges is the frites. I know frites and fries are different, but for levity's sake, I'm going to make them interchangeable. Bruges has the best fries in SLC. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They offer a wide range of sauces to go with your frites that are almost as good as the fries themselves. I love the Zango, Andalouse, and Greens sauces. I've literally come here just to buy the sauces to use on my own food at home. The sauces and fries are perfection together and I can't recommend them enough. The seating at the downtown location is outside only and is pretty limited but there's enough tables and chairs that I've been able to get seats even with fairly large groups. It's worth sitting in the cold to get some of these waffles and frites. I've ridden my bike with a group of friends for over 40 miles round trip just to get some waffles. We've been doing a Bruges Waffle ride at least once a year for the past few years and Bruges is more than worth the miles.
