Now keep in mind I never send food back. I have eaten salads with flies buzzing in and around them. But here I just couldn't do it. The picture of the Philly cheesesteak sandwich looks so spectacular on the menu; I'm a huge fan of the great cheese steak! I do not know how it was lost in translation but what they delivered was toasted almost to the point of being charred. I saw little meat in there. I did not see any onions, bell peppers or anything else....not to mention, the thing cut in half looked about as big as my two thumbs. It would have been an affront to cheesesteaks everywhere to have eaten it and I have too much respect for the Great and Divine Philly cheesesteak. I had to send it back.

I would probably just avoid this place completely late at night. I should have gotten the name of the mgr. Tonight Latino guy completely ignores me when I come in to pick up a door dash order. Like I'm not even there. Continues to have a conversation with someone else. Helping them sure. Walks away without acknowledging me at all. Comes back with persons order it food and just sits there having a long conversation like again I'm not even there. I figure must be a friend of his. Sure being nice to her. But then she leaves and he walks away again, no acknowledgement, no saying hi nothing. Finally I say excuse me, hi, I have a door dash order, doesn't get the name barely glances back at me and says oh yeah I was as actually going to get that now. Yeah right. I feel he was just trying to save face. This was Monday night March 3rd 10 min before 11p.m. Avoid this place, unless your one of his favorites that is!!!

Terrible service!!! This franchise in Utah is a mess compared to other states. They served boneless buffalo wings 15 minutes after arriving to one in my group, but I didn’t get my tenders until I said to cancel my order because it was 47 minutes after arriving and no food. No follow up on drinks or anything. The manager was walking around but didn’t come to apologize or make anything right. Two other small tables and they seemed to be served and managed well but may have been friends with the cook. Don’t waste your time.

I got to say we just stopped in on a Sunday wanting to get some chicken wings. I've never really eaten here before. But just craving some wings. There was nobody at the door to greet us. We sat at the door for about 5 minutes. We sat down at the bar. We weren't going to have any drinks but they sat us down in that area.

We ordered the wings. It took about 45 minutes for the wings to get to our table. It seemed like they were struggling to get people's food out to them. They brought us some celery and carrots for keep this tide over. But truthfully it just took straight off forever to get our food. How long does it take to make chicken wings?. When we got our food it was cold. It was like they made some of the wings right away and some of the wings like 45 minutes later. We were very displeased. They actually gave us a discount on our food. Overall horrible experience. Unfortunate. Such a big chain that's been around for so long provides such horrible customer service and quality of food.

I placed an online order with Buffalo Wild Wings for a designated 4:10 PM pickup during Super Bowl weekend, fully expecting it to be busy. I arrived just a few minutes past my scheduled time, only to find the takeout area so packed I could barely reach the counter. When I finally got to ask about my order, I was told they were running two to two and a half HOURS behind—meaning my "pickup time" was actually somewhere between 6:10 and 6:40.

I understand that this is one of the busiest weekends for a place like BWW, but the complete lack of communication was unacceptable. No updates. No way to track my order. No apology. Just a blank stare from a woefully underprepared employee...

When I asked about a refund, the response? "We don’t know how to do that." The employee did apologize at this time, but mostly in a manner that indicated he just didn't know what to do.

I get that chaos is expected on Super Bowl weekend, but why keep taking online orders if you’re already that far behind? The employees were clearly put in an impossible situation, which is a failure of management and technology in an era where order tracking should be standard. Every single person waiting was there for an online order—this is a broken system.

Now I’m still trying to get my money back, and honestly, I’m not sure BWW is even worth the hassle anymore. It used to be an easy go-to for wings, but when they can’t deliver on the basic convenience they advertise, what’s the point?

Would not recommend unless you have hours to waste and enjoy frustration.

Big wings with lots of meat. Had 15 wings and none of them had broken bones that a lot of cheaper places will have. Seems like they have good supply lines that a lot of other places don't. They also validate parking which helps a lot with all the construction there right now.

Why you don’t process uber eats orders? Why employees don’t want to work? Management, why are you close your eyes on that? I can’t order thru the app either!! Says traditional wings unavailable. BS. You’re loosing lots of $$$

Unfortunately idk why I ordered for second time here! I placed my order by Uber Eats, the first time I ordered 15 wings! Wings in bone ! What I received was only 5 bbq wings and 10 boneless chicken totally bad! And now I ordered only 10 wings in bone! As always what I received 10 horrible boneless chicken also I put honey bbq what I received again another sauce another order! Nothing right, I’m very disappointed about the service, so poor, bad communication idk, just I don’t wanna order anymore here! Totally sucks!

Seems like I had to downgrade from an awesome restaurant in Riverdale Utah to this Salt lake City restaurant. I work so I have to pay extra to have it delivered. " Spend $25 and get 6 free chicken wings.." yea okay! It looks like they dug these out of the trash and put whatever sauce they had to scrape out on. Seriously disappointed in this order, which btw I spent $50 on! Also absolutely no blue cheese as I requested, and you can see is on my receipt 4 times.
