Waited 20 minutes at the take out counter with a line of people picking up behind me. Without taking my take out order the girl who finally showed up skipped me to give all the grubhub drivers their orders even tho she should have taken mine since I had been there for so long waiting to just place my order. The girls name was lani. Won’t be coming back

Just like the other reviews mentioned, the management of this location is the worst I’ve been to among BWW locations in Utah. There were 8 people waiting to pick up their to go order and about 4 workers standing there doing nothing and not one person came to address the crowd. I finally asked if anyone could help us and they dismissively told me that the food wasn’t ready without even asking my name. Turns out my food was ready and had been sitting there for 25~ min. If the food isn’t going to be ready when they say it will be, then maybe consider communicating that to waiting customers. There are plenty of other locations to patronize. I’d avoid this one.

Came in yesterday around 7 , the hostess told me it would be a 15 min wait , which I said yes to , she didn’t put me in the tablet but just marked my name down , which is fine. 40 min pass by and no one had said anything to us , a couple of girls that had gotten there maybe 15 min before , asked another girl when they would be sat and then immediately got sat . When I went up to the other girl she couldn’t find my name on the tablet ( wonder why ) and after almost a hour we finally got sat ! Our server was really nice though , so thanks to her our night wasn’t that bad ! Yesterdays hostess was an absolute mess , it would have been fine if I’d been told to wait 40 and still stayed that would have been on me !

i know a lot of people only come here because it’s one of the few places in utah that’s opened past 10/11 pm but PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE- there is Scovilles right around the corner which has great wings! my partner and I went in after work this evening & ended up standing at the host stand for 15 mins before i had to chase down a server to grab somebody to get us a table. after the server tells me that it’s not his job and the host should be at the front, i walk back and the bartender (who was awesome and super kind) comes over and apologizes for the wait & says she will grab a manager. after another 5 minutes, the manager finally comes to the host stand, gives the “we’re really busy” excuse (mind you, there were maybe 15 other people in the restaurant) & goes on to tell me “i’m sorry but you haven’t waited 20 mins” & was incredibly condescending. the people who work at this b dubs (except the bartender) are the most incompetent people i’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. save your money and go next door to scovilles (21+) as they’re open until 1 am.

This was the worst BWW i have ever been to in my whole entire life. The food was horrible, i ordered lemon pepper & bbq ranch boneless wings and my bbq ranch wings were full of lemon pepper seasoning and my lemon pepper wings had no seasoning on them, all of the seasoning was in the tray. We ordered cheesy tater tots and fries and they were sooo dry, it seemed as if they had been reheated 3 times. My husband ordered mango habanero, chipotle rub & original bbq wings and they were cold and had no crunch on them whatsoever. Our server was akward. It was both of us and a 2 y/o toddler and when we ordered the drinks they brought us 3 huge glass cups and when I asked our server if he could pour it into a kids cup be seemed very annoyed. We spent a total of 80 dollars and were completely disappointed and upset with the horrible quality of the food, money not well spent

Terrible service, waited at the host stand to be seated for 10 min and host was right around the corner not being attentive. Then takes my ID and runs around with it for another 10 min doing knows what. Then I was told by the manager that they won’t serve me after waiting all this time. Terrible attention, terrible staff. Highly disappointed.

Don’t go to that place! Please, service was ok, literally it wasn’t that busy but it was slow, that’s ok I know how the industry works. BUT IF YOU order GUINNESS please don't! It was flat, the foam was full of bubbles instead of being smooth and creamy, I guess they don't use nitrogen or something it’s wrong over there but it was awful and watery and flavor wasn't the usual at all. if you know about Guinness you will realize what i am saying right now. Wings were just alright, I was craving for some wings but they werent good, maybe it was just today, but yeah if you go please donnot order Guinness it's a waste of money for sure and in context it was not a good experience.

Really disappointed with my order. Forgot to send my drink out with the delivery driver, and didn’t put any of the toppings or sauces I requested on my sandwich.

Customer service at this place is horrible. From what I experienced and what I witnessed. The fact that someone walked in and turned around and walked back out due to their lack of service. I ordered take out, me and 3 other people stood here waiting for about 15 mins before anyone decided to even come over.

I had 5 wings that were breading only… no chicken. The traditional wings were so dry and had barely any meat on them, my son couldn’t eat them. We bought a large fry and there wasn’t enough for us to share. When you’re paying over a dollar per wing you’d expect to have some chicken. I don’t review often, but these were the worst wings I’ve ever had.
