You'd think with how much they charge, they could afford to actually put lobster in their lobster bisque. They changed the recipe, so there's hardly any actual lobster anymore, but don't worry, there's PLENTY of tomato chunks. It's sad and frustrating when big companies go cheap.

Also, there is waaaaay too much salt in their soups. Their tomato basil soup IS pretty good, but it has enough salt to almost give an average adult their ENTIRE...

I had a lunch catering order for a work meeting. I set everything up on the website and when the meeting was pushed back I called the store and they generously pushed back the pickup time. When I came in they were busy but still provided me excellent service. The order wasn't ready yet so they gave me a cup for a free drink (buying a little time for them to complete the order) and when I got back it was good to go! The food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. The cookies...

The food has definitely lost its great taste. The pesto tastes like straight miracle whip and I couldn’t finish my sandwich. For the price of the sandwich I am bummed that it was that bad. The customer interaction is way too much for my taste. Every employee is trying to sell you extra, or tries to get you to download the app. I feel like I am getting hustled in a game of dice. Hopefully they can make some changes but until then I will go to soup kitchen.
