I wish I could score higher than a 5/5. This place is perfection. The vibes are immaculate. We went on a Saturday morning, and there was a live band playing light cafe music. They have outdoor and indoor seating which gives it almost a European cafe vibe.
The service was great as well, but the food and atmosphere stole the show. We got the toffee nut latte, a cappuccino, the avocado toast with bacon and the cottage cakes. Every single thing we got was spectacular and we scraped our plates cleans.

Charming cafe with delicious coffee and food. Today I ordered a lavender latte and sat outside with my dogs. (đ¶ Dog friendly!)
My one and only complaint used to be that they werenât open more days of the week so Iâm very happy that they are now open on Thursdays in addition to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Definitely give this spot a try! âïž

everything about this place is amazing! the food is delectable, the b&n and cafe are the perfect vibe, and the people are the sweetest.
cute area to hang with inside and outside seating, as well as an area to do cornhole. have umbrellas outside so youâre not getting beaten by the sun :)

Staff are nice and friendly, nice and charming area but doesnt make up for the service.
The food takes forever to be served and sometimes they forgot where the food is going(as I noticed to the couple next to me). I left without gettting my avocado toast cause it was unbelievably too long for an avocado toast (almost 40 minutes) for not so busy sunday. You order your food at counter and you have to tip upfront 18-25%. Today's experience just ruined my sunday. Grr

We stumbled upon Café 140B during our trip to Salt Lake City, and it turned out to be an incredible find. The interior has such a cool, vintage vibe, it felt like traveling back in time. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything felt super fresh and clean. Would love to come back again someday.

Cafe140B is such a cozy spot tucked away in the Avenues of Salt Lake City.
It has this cool mix of French cafĂ© charm and pioneer character that makes it feel really special and unique. The fresh-squeezed lemonade and orange juice are super refreshing, and the brĂ»lĂ©e French toast is amazingâcrispy on the outside, soft in the middle. The avocado toast is always a solid choice too. Itâs one of those places that feels like a little escape. You canât find another cafe like this. Definitely worth checking out!
