It's a travesty that more people don't go here. I've been surprised that it's pretty empty both times I've been. The dim sum takes me back to my years in Hong Kong, and I think for the most part it's just as good as what I had there. So far, this is the BEST formal chinese restaurant in Utah I have tried (I like One More Noodle House too but they are too different for a direct comparison). Tastes like authentic southern chinese food. I went with two discerning Chinese person including one tourist from Hong Kong and they loved it. Honestly I am perplexed how this restaurant can have only 4.2 stars and not 5.

We ordered the Deep Fried Meat Dumpling, Chicken Feet, Shrimp Har Gow, BBQ Pork with Honey Sauce with Ham Fried Rice, and Beef Short Rib w/Green Beans with Steamed Rice.
