The absolute worst service I have ever received. Rude, impatient and incompetent people making your food. There was no line and hardly anyone in the restaurant and this arrogant kid folded his arms and rolled his eyes at me as I was ordering acting like I was such an inconvenience.

Visiting from out of town and have really enjoyed the downtown and Park City locations in the past when I used to live here. Ordering at this location was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Seriously rude employees, one younger guy in particular, that acted very put out that a customer showed up to order and then just started throwing things in a bowl I didn't ask for and did not make what I wanted. I got very frustrated and left with something I didn't want. I guess they got my money in the end but rest assured that will never happen again, likely not with any of the locations. If you like the food, pick another location. This one is really, really awful. The incompetence is staggering. The dish he made was something thrown together, I've never seen on the menu.

You better like rice. And lots of it. Because rice is 80% what you will be getting. We went twice and our meal was basically rice both times, so we won't be returning. Cafe Rio should take a lesson from Chipotle and start giving their customers a decent meal for their money.

I eat at Cafe Rio once per week and really enjoy it. Had never been to this location, but very disappointed is an understatement. Please see photo of my burrito right before it was wrapped. This is the most pathetic amount of ingredients I have ever seen. When I asked the worker making it to add a little more of each ingredient he rudely stated I would have to pay double for two burritos. All other locations would have double this amount of steak and beans by default. Definitely look elsewhere for better options.

The portion size of food was about the size given to a child and not an adult. Portion sizes seems to be getting smaller whereas prices keep going up. Where's the Burrito?

Worst experience ever. Extremely bad service. No napkins. No salsa. 1/2 regular portion size. Bad argument with the employees.

Well, we only got half of our food order. No beans, no rice, no condiments, literally half of our order. Will we come back to this facility? Absolutely not!!!
I'm not sure what was happening, they were slow, business wise, had plenty of staff, but one enchilada, ordered two. No beans, no rice! One burrito, no beans, no rice. No sides art all, even though that was advertised. One quesedilla, no sides, no condiments. One steak fajita bowl, no condiments. We paid for the whole ball of wax, they dropped the ball. Heavily...

I'm sure that has to do with lacking management and crappy customer Service. Good luck to cafe rio in the future, if this is your business plan. You are failing, miserably and will be out of business before you know it.
Thanks for nothing.

Parking: Tiny parking lot, good luck parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Of course there is parking for wheelchair folks. It's the law...

I used to like this place. Food was still reasonably tasty but it’s hard to get what you want. The employees did not communicate clearly and it was hard to hear/understand them. I wanted a veggie burrito. I got lots of rice and beans. I had to ask them to give me peppers and onions and the corn salsa. That was several dollars extra. My friend asked for cheese twice and didn’t get it. One garbage can was missing and the other was overflowing.

They close at 11:00 but when we went in the dude tried telling us it was 10:00. He then proceeded to turn people away that came after us cause they “were out of food” while they were just cleaning up and had plenty before. It wasn’t even 10:30, they kept turning people away but were taking food home for them selves.

Best Cafe Rio in the state! I have been here 10+ times in the past 2 years and they have gotten my order right (sometimes up to 6 entrees) every time unlike other Rios.
Rio's sweet pork hits so hard after a road trip or hike, and this place always minimally get my order right! On top of this, their produce never taste stale or rotten like the one in sugar house or downtown.
