Delicious breakfast burrito smothered in red and green chili! Probably not the best choice before a long flight, especially with bean! Worth it tho!

I ordered a burrito and they gave me a pile of slop with a tortilla thrown on top. No attempt to even wrap it. I wish i checked the reviews, but i assumed the employees wouldn't be baked in Utah.

Worst Cafe Rio I’ve been to. They do things differently than other Rios. For example they heat the meat of my salad so the lettuce gets wilted and nasty. Also the lettuce is always soaking wet.

The place was crowded and there was a long line to order. It is a make your own meal type order. I bought veggie nachos with guacamole, veggies, pico, etc. Everything tasted great. The food area was very messy. I was constantly worried about contamination. I was able to find a table and chair. The place is bright and clean and the service friendly and efficient. I will go there again for my vegetarian needs. It cost me $12 which is very reasonable for a restaurant at an airport.

Flavor-wise, it wasn’t bad, but the watery sauce made it quite soggy overall. I feel it could have been much better if served in a different form than tacos. On the plus side, there was plenty of meat, and it was fairly good.

First told me that it would take 5 minutes for steak to finish cooking, took them about 20 minutes to give me 3 steak tacos, and the steak was not even cooked right it was still red and literally gave me 2 pieces of meat on one taco lol.

Busy place , checked it out as we were hungry after a long layover . Ordered vegetarian bowls for 4 of us and found a piece of meat in one of our bowls. That is just not acceptable. We do not eat meat and this was appalling to find pork/ beef . None of the extras were on our bowls either . The food prep area was very messy, the one in the take out section specifically was messy and I see why there was contamination of meat on my food. Not worth the risk for me ! Check pic below. Hopefully someone will reach out as I am not processing this mess up well.

Update: I genuinely hate this place! I came a second time thinking maybe it was the service that day from my previous visit, but nope its the whole store apparently. AGAIN extremely watery tacos falling apart and still nothing has flavor, taste like im eating mush that all taste the same! I had to use alot of salt to finish, plus the eggs are those microwaved ones. Not coming back.

Not only were my tacos, very poorly put together with a combination of serving size and toppings. But the tortillas were extremely soggy and fell apart because of all the liquid in the tray.! Barffffffff

I ordered for my food under my birth name Yusuf. But I stood around from 19:40-20:06 without gettin my food. And when I looked at the screen they removed my name as though my order had been done.

I know it’s not the young lads fault because his team was not communicating or announcing what was done. But I stood around for that time infront of them waiting at the kiosks for my food but never got it. To top it all off I had seen with my own two eyes 8 people get their food before me.

It is kind of them to offer me a drink but I declined, because honestly what’s the point? I’m hungry not thirsty. Either way what’s done is done and honestly you’re better off going to Burger King or some slop fast food joint than to wait for cafe Rio

I don’t live near any Cafe Rio location but used to enjoy their food when I would pass through somewhere that had their food. But they seem to have changed their recipes on some items and it’s very disappointing. Their queso used to be SOO good and now it is DISGUSTING and the appearance is very unappetizing. It looks like vomit and the texture was also very grainy. I was so disappointed and only took a couple of bites before just throwing it all away. I won’t be back to any location.

Portion is extremely less for the amount they charge, I used the kiosk machine to order a vegetarian bowl
But it was less than half. The food is good and flavours are nice of cilantro lime etc but I would suggest to be in the line and order so you can see the portion they add, the take out option isn’t worth the price as they give too less.
If u select add Cheese it’s just a bit ( nothing like chipotle)
I paid 13$ for a vegetarian bowl with guac.

They even missed to give sour cream on the side which I had added in my order.

I normally don’t like to post bad reviews but maybe this girl had a bad day. I ordered extra meat and extra sauce. I politely told her I ordered extra meat because I watched her do one small meat scoop. She said, “it’s in there.” I said ,”oh ok because I didn’t see you put extra I’ll just buy more.” I approach the check out counter and an older Hispanic lady asks the girl who helped me in Spanish, “what does she want.” I spoke back in Spanish, “ more chicken because I ordered it and didn’t receive it.” So they give it to me and go down the opposite side of me and proceed to talk about me. I even gave them a tip because I know how hard it is to work at a restaurant. Anyway, I go back to my table and I recheck my bag before leaving and notice there wasn’t extra sauce. I go back and the older lady looks annoyed and says, “what you want?” I say “I didn’t get extra sauce.” I show her my receipt. She says,” ok here.” Slides it to me angrily and goes back to the other girl that first helped me and starts talking about me again. I take my stuff and leave. I get it, she may have had a long early day but kindness goes a long way. I won’t be back and I hope their customer service gets better.
