!The food was so gross. I ordered a burrito with shredded chicken. The lady scooped so much black beans WITH the juice!! The offerings for inside are so minimal compared to every other place like this leaving it incredibly bland. They asked about sauce and I said hot. No spice or flavor. They put pico and lettuce on the side. The pico is basically tomatoes. Once again, no spice, no jalapeños. When I sat down to eat it was basically a freaking soup 🤢🤮
Obviously, I will never be back nor will I ever recommend to anyone. Go to chipotle!!

Horrible service. I used the kiosk to order rather than stand in line. Nobody made my order. I had to stand in line to find someone to get my dine-in order done. Then it sat there getting cold while everyone else in line after me was served. I asked to speak to the manager but was told there was no manager on duty. Shoddy operation. Not even close to a Chipotle so don’t waste your time and money here.

Worst Cafe Rio in slc. Do yourself a favor and drive up a couple blocks to the 400 S location where the team genuinely cares about the quality and quantity of portions served

I ordered A sweet pork burrito and a sweet pork tostada. And there was no lettuce on my tostada. The burrito was small. The portions were very poor compared to the price.

It's a chain fast food place.

I've never been there, but they have good products. The portions are large and it is a normal flavor, considering that it is a chain.

Super delicious orchata water and the people who serve are super friendly.

This particular place is in the city creek shopping center.

My last visit at this location was disappointing. It wasn’t busy at all, employees were chitchatting and I was waiting in line to start my order. Fountain drink area was messy and the drink that I wanted was really water down, I let the guy that was in the register and he said he would change the syrup, I waited a couple of minutes and he didn’t take the time to change it, recalling that it was not busy at all. My order was to stay and eat there, during the time I sat down to eat my meal, the syrup was never changed, obviously I opted to get a different drink instead. The garbage can as full and I’m this picture, you can see it.
Now, whomever is responsible of checking these reviews, don’t hesitate to auto reply and write thank you for your feedback. I did fill out the form online and where it asks if you would like to be contacted about this issue, I selected yes and never have I heard back or been contacted. I also had a separate issue with another location (Bountiful) and same thing, I was never contacted to talk to someone about it. It definitely has to do with management at each location but at the end of the day, it supposed to be same across all locations, since it’s a franchise.
Food and service has changed over the years and it’s not the same as when there were only 2 to 3 locations in the State of Utah

Kid-friendliness: Employees need to be reminded and trained about offering good customer service. Seems like chitchatting among themselves is more important than customers.

Extremely disappointed with my visit today. I’m unsure if it is because I ordered for takeout, but I got the smallest portion of meat in my salad. The amount I got was the size of a dollar coin, if even. I’m unsure if this is the standard, but for the price of the meal, I would expect to have much more meat in my salad rather than one bite. I mixed up my salad, not even one bite taken, to only see the small bit of pork in the center. I hope this is not what customers should expect from now on.

Very disappointed in how I was treated at this location. I showed them that there was a charge on my card for a salad, with the date and time, but because it wasn't in their system they said they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't offer to make the salad or give me a refund. Had to go the long way about it and call customer service to get it straightened out. Hesitant to want to want to continue to eat here. Good thing there is a Costa Vida near by.

12-19-24 6:30pm The garbage 🗑 is overflowing all over the floor! In a huge pile! 🪰 🐛 🪰 This isn't Mexico, central/south America. We have food beverage laws here. This is a clear violation. Thousands of dollars in fines. Gross! 💰 💸 💲 🪙 💶 😬😮‍💨😳😮🤧🤢😷

It shouldn't take an hour to prepare a to-go order! You should try to fix that, because that is just inconceiveable. I paid more than $40 for only 2 iems. It doesn't take an hour to make 2 items! NOT how you do good business..
