I didn't know coffee could be this good. By far the best espresso I have ever had. John cares a lot about his craft, and has a lot of knowledge and passion to share. It is amazing that such a place exists right in SLC.

My partner and I visited Caffè d'bolla for the Siphon coffee experience to celebrate our anniversary. It was so worth it. After reading some of the reviews online, I was a little worried about what the experience would be like, but it was enjoyable.
