They forgot one of our meals for an in store puck up order. We walked a long ways to get to the store and noticed they didn’t give us one of our meals once we got home. When we called to have only that meal refunded they said we would need to head all the way back to the store for a refund. Chic fil a used to be a go to because of the quality and service but that has obviously declined. The workers don’t care and can’t be bothered to help anyone in this claims of situation. I would avoid this location or franchise all together. If you do decide to eat here, check your bag before leaving to make sure you get what you paid for.

Well, usually it’s great-ish but when I order a chikfila meal and Eric only puts down fries… what a let down when I get home. Do I go back out for the food I wanted and hope my fries aren’t too gross and cold or do I eat them in the car and drive bad or do I just say eff it and this is the 3rd time (not same person) so I’ll find a different place to go? Just frustrated to also get a 10 piece strips and large fries (why didn’t he ask if I wanted that in a meal… that would have cleared up whatever confusion my asking for a chikfila meal brought up but I digress) and only got 4 sauces. 4 SAUCES for 10 strips and a large fries. Come on. 2 stars for politeness though. At least I got my regular coke and not a diet this time.

Please stop putting receipts in the bag through the drive through, most people don’t want the harmful BPA chemicals from the receipts touching their fries. Thanks

We stopped to pick up lunch while driving through town. The chicken sandwiches were fine, but the chicken nuggets ($7.29 for 12) were not edible. There were little hairy fibers in the breading, so my daughter wasn't able to eat her lunch. I called the Sugarhouse location to notify the manager, but no one answered. I left a message. This was honestly the only negative experience we've ever had at a Chick-fil-A.

This is one of the less friendly Chick-fil-As but still good. Parking and entry is a nightmare here. Google Maps will lie to you if you are coming from the east. There is no way to legally turn in to the driveway from westbound 21st. Don't fall for it!
Vegetarian options: French fries and maybe a salad? Not your best choice.
Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten free bun option, it's ok.

Everything is great about this Chic-Fil-a. However, my friend Connor recently performed the Heimlich maneuver on a patron of the restaurant and it went completely unnoticed by the staff and other patrons of the restaurant. No thank you’s or even a check up on the situation. Connor is a humble guy so he would never ask for this, but I feel it is only right he receives some sort of reward. Please reach out to me if you would like date and time of the incident we can find it on the cameras and make sure connor gets his recognition. (I think he should get free chic for a year)
