Chip is the only cookie place I will go. The best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had!

Bought a $100 Gift Card over a year ago. Was never able to use them in store due to errors. Apparently a few months after they switched to a new system so the stores can't use them. To follow-up the links in the email they sent are dead. Any contacts for support on the website have been removed. Multiple requests to various Chip emails go unresponded to. Same lack of response dealing with Chip on Twitter. Scroll through here and other places online and you will see the same story. Very shady experience all around - sure its a good albeit pricey cookie ... but NEVER give as a gift though.

I like the soft fluffy type cookies here more than the other places. I just eat the edges because its right crunchy vs soft. I leave the core to others.

I have 2 gift cards that I just tried to redeem at the Meridian location and she said the new cash register system changed so cards issued prior to the new system will no longer be honored. She did not offer to call someone to verify the cards which were only valued at $10 each and there are two of them. Said I could email someone to possibly get them replaced. I had a birthday today so that was not helpful at all. You need to put a policy in place to honor these cards if you are going to issue them.

I live out of state where Crumbl is starting to franchise. My sweet tooth children and I all agree that their cookies are too sweet so we decided to try Chip. Be forewarned that Chip doesn’t have their cookies readymade. I walked in thinking it would be like Crumbl and I could just order a dozen of their gourmet variety. I was the only customer in the store and it took the lone employee 25 minutes to put my order together. It wasn’t his fault - he was so kind but… what would he have done if there was a line of people behind me? It was such a shame that he was stuck doing it all by himself. Do yourself a favor and order ahead if you plan on getting more than one cookie.

We visited the Meridian Village Location Today , 6/16/2023 around 8:30Pm and My Cookies were Raw when I went to go bite into the muddy buddy , which is very unacceptable especially since that is very much a health hazard and if the company doesn’t reach out futher to resolve this incident i will contuine to take this higher , since the cookie was RAW , someone easily could’ve fell ill to this and these cookies aren’t cheap either I would expect to get the quality of the product if I’m paying a nice penny for them .the customer service wasn’t the customer service that you would expect esp since you are visiting such a beautiful, good energy environment

Absolutely AMAZING cookies!!! I had the Biscoff Chip! I have never tasted anything even close to this AMAZING!! The staff was great! Kind, beautiful smiles, and friendly!! If you are craving anything sweet I would highly recommend getting a cookie! I would rather have a cookie from Chip Cookies, than have an entire cake or pie from anywhere!!THANK YOU!!!
I went to your SLC location on Wedensday at around 4pm and while the cookies were good the service was terrible. The employee acted like I was bothering her by ordering cookies at the cookie store. She had to put the frosting on tow of them and was so bothered. She threw the spoon after she put on the sprinkls then she trew the bag of frosting and slammed the cookie trays after she got the cookies out. I wanted to order more but she was so bothered that I just wanted to get out of there.
