Wow this place has really gone downhill. 4 years ago I would recommend it. Now, not at all. Very rarely are the take out orders placed on the shelves for pick up. You usually have to wait for someone so you can ask if your order is ready. I once even went and in the middle of the day they ran out white rice. Yet the employee was too lazy to ask if more was on the way. I ended up getting brown rice and as I'm at the cash register new white rice comes out. If you're in fast service food and too lazy to ask if more of your core product is on the way out, maybe look for another job. Parking is a complete mess.

The parking lot is one of the most unpleasant and claustrophobic places in salt lake city.
It is very easy to get stuck in the lot with literally no way out but backing onto a busy state highway.

First of all, we were unable to order their advertised special which was honey chicken and guacamole was on it in every single picture. We had to try and order three times online, but the honey chicken was not available as a choice. Finally my husband did it over the phone and ordered the honey chicken special and when we got it there was zero guacamole on it. Then when I went to pick it up they said that there was no such order that we hadn't ordered and I told them yes we did and the young pimply faced kid gave up. A female employee came over and found it, it was in the second row with the name facing the wall. So obviously that kid was not the sharpest knife in the spoon drawer... Other times, we have had better experiences.

I ordered through Grubhub, and it was a complete waste of money. They charged me a lot, but I basically got no food. The meal had barely any steak, the lettuce was super old, the rice was dry and flavorless, and the guacamole was brown and old. Everything about it was disappointing, like it had been sitting out for way too long. For the price, I expected way better quality and portion size. I won’t be ordering from this place again.
