Sadly always a disappointing experience. Freezer has been broken for what feels like 3yrs. Always very melted even soupy ice cream at one point. Not worth it.

Okay so fool me once shame on me, yada yada, but we have been coming to this place for a lil over 3 years now and we rarely get an ice cream that isn’t soup. It seems there are constantly issues the freezer, which, being as it’s a franchise, is probably on the franchisee for not taking care of it. I love CS, and would love to come more often, but I’ve cream soup isn’t really my thing.

Melted ice cream is crazy

Wouldn’t recommend this location they made my cake incorrectly and didn’t even add writing on top of the cake. They left it blank and I paid $40.

So upset. I understand that they are having issues with the freezer but the cake batter was practically milk and the truffle chocolate was so hard it couldn’t be mixed. Then I always get the strawberry shortcake with different ice cream and raspberries instead, for probably 10+ years. And she charged me for a love it size +3 mixes which ended up being almost $12. And I explained to her that would be the same as a pint because that already includes three mixes she said ‘yes, but you got a love it with three mix-ins’ So then I had her add more so that it could be a pint so I was paying the same amount because she would not charge me for a love size signature. And then she didn’t add any more toppings. So I gotta love it size ice cream with only the amount of toppings for a love size instead of a pint and the cake batter was milk, and the truffle chocolate was so hard. this was the worst experience I have ever had at any cold stone.

Heard staff cancel what looked like 5-8 door dash orders receipts on the back table when only 3 customers were in line and two hours to closing. Door dash drivers would walk to the counter and walk back out after staff told them to cancel DD orders. FYI - YOU CAN'T CANCEL DOOR DASH PICK UP ORDERS... ONLY DELIVERIES. Staff tried to tell me that they cancelled mine when I showed them the money had already been taken out of my account. So I didn't mind continuing to order because again, THERE WERE ONLY 3 OF US IN LINE, but I wasn't going to pay because the transaction was complete. So if you want to refund my money just to process it again is up to you or you can just fill the order. In addition, there is signage indicating shortages of supplies and flavor. I think this Cold Stone just doesn't keep up compared to other Cold Stones which is unfortunate because we love having a location in the SH area. Often times we opt for the frozen yogurt, Baskin Robins or the Churro house nearby just because of this locations poor wait times, staff and service.

This company needs more than just one employee working. It is ridiculous for it to take 1+ hours for a SINGLE cookie dough shake. I do not blame the employee for the wait time. I blame MANAGEMENT for not having more people scheduled. Do better cold stone. And praise to the young woman working today. Good on you!

I called the store to make sure they had a flavor in that I wanted & was told "Yes!" I then placed an order and once again received the wrong flavor once again, and no mix ins that I paid extra for. Ridiculous!

How can the atmosphere be bad…when everybody in line is pissed, which is EVERY time I go to this crappy place, EXCEPT this time. Nobody in line…BUT STILL WAITED! I’ve been sending orders in through this app (Google Maps). At least this way I don’t have to watch 5 people get their online orders while I wait. But today, the stupid young dope working there pulls my order from the register and says, “Hang on”. That’s it, I no more ways to try with this joke of a business without having to watch some under 25 yo demonstrate apathy and inefficiency. Baskin robins shakes are as good, and the manager there is an over the top good person!

Showed up well before 9pm(posted close time) and the doors were locked with a note saying they were closed. Pretty lame to not update google hours, waste of a drive.
