I've ordered from Colossal through Uber eats. They forgot the chowder for chowder fries.... And this time I ordered the sandwich which is completely soggy and cold and it looks like this whole sandwich had slid across the whole box and is not even able to be put back together. They forgot my chowder fries and I got the three-piece fish and an extra one piece and I ordered three tartar sauces which those should come with it anyway when you order fish? Great spot. Like a mall food court but with much better decor and atmosphere. Went here with a large family group, 6 adults and 5 kids ages 4 to 13. With a nice variety of food choices, we were able to find something for everyone and the food was good. There were lots of nonalcoholic beverage options. I tried a red cream soda that was delicious. This was a great place to meet up and hang out. Good music, but not too loud for conversation. Great option for casual dining with kids.
I've eaten here several times before and enjoyed it, so this evening we decided to stop here before walking to a show at The Union. We ordered our usual (2 Connecticut rolls) and grabbed a seat at the bar. It was a relatively busy night and they looked understaffed, but after about 45 minutes with no order and no buzz on our pager, I walked over to ask whether maybe our order had gotten lost and was told that someone else must have walked off with our food.
