We had such a wonderful experience at Copper Canyon Grill the other week, thanks to Christine! From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. They have a good selection of breakfast items. It's not cheap but the restaurant is comfortable and has a nice interior. I had the avocado toast and really liked it, though it was better some days over others. It's a nice breakfast if you're staying in the hotel.
Stopped here on the way to explore SLC late afternoon. Was immediately greeted by a cool bartender with great hair. She gave me the rundown on what they had on tap and offered me the bar menu.
I opted for a modelo, took a sip and then looked around.
A very roomy place with little enclaves to sit for privacy. At the end of the bar I saw a very diverse group of people sitting together, chatting about life and enjoying their bar fare.
It was a great vibe.
