Overall one of the best places near the airport. Staff is always friendly, and the food is great. The manager is amazing and always comes up with the best combinations for me. Chicken Queso-Quesadilla is awesome!

This restaurant was so clean and the people working were nice and seemed happy to be there. I got 2 tacos a la carte and they were delicious.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Costa Vida and it sucks because I had hyped it up so much to my sister who had never tried Costa Vida before.
The employees were so rude and acted like they were being inconvenienced by having to take our orders. I paid over $40 for a quesadilla, nachos, small size chips and queso, and two regular sized drinks. For the chips and queso, the girl hardly put any chips into the tin at all. It’s already small as is, but to not even fill the tin halfway is crazy. I asked her if she could add a little bit more and she said it would be an extra charge. I had already paid at this point, so I said, “I just paid over $40. You can’t add a little bit more?..” she said, “that will be a $3 charge” so I walked away. Not to mention the card scanner asks for a tip and the lowest amount was $5. I should’ve selected 0. They were awful and the food was awful. I’d recommend any other location over this one. I wish I could just get the money back.
Trash.

While staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean, food was satisfactory in taste but was missing key components that were ordered. Burritos were supposed to be smothered in their respective sauces and were unfortunately left out.
Parking: Attached to a gas station near the airport terminal.

We went here for dinner after picking up family from the airport to celebrate. We love Costa Vida and eat there in Utah County often. The food here was super salty, like so salty that most of us didn't eat half our meals. And the customer service was terrible. There was a latino woman working with black/red maroon colored hair who was so rude. Very short with us and impatient with my elderly grandma who can't hear well. She would also go to the corner and sit on her phone while customers were waiting. My grandpa also ordered chicken and they told him it would be 15 minutes. He went back after 15 minutes and they had "forgotten to put it on", so he waited another 20 minutes. We had already finished eating when he finally got his meal. We paid extra for sour cream and it was a tiny spoonful. We love the Costa Vida in Utah County but this team needs some training. This seems pretty consistent across a lot of the reviews here.

This place was tiny and dirty. We paid for six waters but a loud woman started screaming that I didn't, in front of everyone. I showed her the receipt and she didn't even apologize. The food was overly salty and the servings were smaller than standard. I will never go to a cafe Rio again. I'll stick to Costa vida

I love Costa Vida, and I get food there at least once a week. I've been to most locations across the state, and this is my least favorite by far.
I've come here three times in the last few weeks after a friend started working near the airport, and I've had consistently bad service and inconsistent food. The food is prepared differently than any other location, and I've stopped placing online orders because they do not prepare them as to-go.
The food quality isn't up to par, and portions and very small compared to every other location I've been to.
The staff aren't paying attention, and give off an unfriendly vibe. It's also often understaffed or has employees walking in and out frequently.
Overall, this specific restaurant has made me stray away from eating at Costa Vida while I'm in the area, and I don't plan on going again.

The Salt Lake Airport is top shelf. But this Costa Vida could use some better air conditioning. They even have a double door designed sallyport setup. But, it is not trapping the cold air. IT'S HOT! And not in a good way.

Good consistent food and service for fast casual category.
So easy to wait for flights to land at the SLC airport because the screens from the airport are in the restaurant

Thanks for burning my taco shells and not having a friendly attitude. The second girl working today was handling cash and used the same gloves with my food. My tres leche had no strawberries and I asked if they usually have them and she said no. Kind of odd when the picture they have of them has strawberries. Not happy at all with both of the woman’s customer service! Too bad I have a sore throat right now with a raspy voice or else I would have been going off on them about everything right now.
