I’m usually impressed with my meal at Costa but have been dissatisfied at this location more than once. Shame on me.

Paid $10 for a crappy flat small quesadilla with beef. No salsa or chips or anything extra. Super dry. There was weird sauce all over my dish too as they handed it to me. Not very clean. Wouldn’t come here again.

I stopped on October 1st at 10:30 and ordered a steak quesadilla. The lady who assisted me could not have been more short and rude. She literally didn't even look at me once. The quesadilla was $13! And the meat tasted like a wet dog smells. I'm very nice and polite to people who are assisting me so I'm not sure why she was so mad but she definitely hates her job.

Costa Vida is always a great option for a quick bite, but when we arrived here as they were closing I was very impressed with the girl who helped us. There were not a lot of options left, for example there were no flour tortillas, only corn, etc. I understand when everything is not perfect and she acknowledged that and was helpful.

This Costa Vida location is not great. We ordered food, and I’ve never seen this done in any Costa Vida they have a weight and they weigh every food. The portions were very small compared to what I’m used to having in Costa vida. I told the lady who was prepping, can you put a bit more cheese? After the sprinkle she put, and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Anyway here are my thoughts looks like management has a strict portion control system, however when you have an open concept kitchen where you see the food they are preparing in front of you, the message this can send to the customers will not be enticing, it’s not welcoming. Love Costa Vida but this location doesn’t represent them.

Love that’s this actually uses a scale to measure the meat portions so you know you’re getting the right amount of meat every time.
That said, the service was meh. The girl seemed upset I wanted a dessert and she forgot the strawberries. And when I said something she seemed annoyed so I just left without them as to not hold up the line for the people behind me.
Overall, was a fine visit. Grateful for the meat portions. But now for service quality…

Came in today and got lunch. I ordered the small salad with the chicken lime featured protein. I watch them put the tortilla shell in the dish then the rice the lady put in literally 1 oz or less of chicken I said to her mom is that all the meat that I'm getting and she was yes that's all you get that is not a bite and she's like well there is no choice that's what I have to put can I ask you how much more is it to double the meat and then she told me it was $5 this meal was already a $10 salad with barely an ounce of meat then she showed me how much more she was going to give me and is literally one little piece of chicken I know the economy is bad but it is not that bad that you can't give me more meat than that. Will not
the charges $10 for $3 worth of stuff or less.

Overall one of the best places near the airport. Staff is always friendly, and the food is great. The manager is amazing and always comes up with the best combinations for me. Chicken Queso-Quesadilla is awesome!

This restaurant was so clean and the people working were nice and seemed happy to be there. I got 2 tacos a la carte and they were delicious.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Costa Vida and it sucks because I had hyped it up so much to my sister who had never tried Costa Vida before.
The employees were so rude and acted like they were being inconvenienced by having to take our orders. I paid over $40 for a quesadilla, nachos, small size chips and queso, and two regular sized drinks. For the chips and queso, the girl hardly put any chips into the tin at all. It’s already small as is, but to not even fill the tin halfway is crazy. I asked her if she could add a little bit more and she said it would be an extra charge. I had already paid at this point, so I said, “I just paid over $40. You can’t add a little bit more?..” she said, “that will be a $3 charge” so I walked away. Not to mention the card scanner asks for a tip and the lowest amount was $5. I should’ve selected 0. They were awful and the food was awful. I’d recommend any other location over this one. I wish I could just get the money back.
Trash.

While staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean, food was satisfactory in taste but was missing key components that were ordered. Burritos were supposed to be smothered in their respective sauces and were unfortunately left out.
