Typically, you'd expect to see a station to help you customize your meal - with hot sauces and salt and pepper. I didn't see any of this. I felt my food was bland so I went up to get some form of hot sauce to spice up my meal. There was no upfront notification that a side of sauce would cost additional. It was only after she poured the sauce into the cup and took it to the register that she told me it would cost me. So on top of my meal, what's generally available gratis cost me an additional $.56. At the least, tell me that upfront so I can decide if I want to move forward. It shouldn't cost $13 for two tacos and rice and beans with ZERO service.

The food is good, I don't have anything complete when today I usually buy food often at the Costavida branches and that's why I'm a frequent customer and that's why they give me a card for free food. I tried to give it when I went to the cashier to pay and the girl who helped me told me that these cards were not accepted in her store...when the card clearly says that it can be used anywhere as long as it is Utah. She was arrogant in the way she said. It is not the first time that she and her sister behave arrogantly towards me and other people. it's bad service

Just got a salad and burrito. My daughter inadvertently got the wrong dressing. She went back up and asked for cilantro lime dressing. After spending $25 for two entries they charged an extra $1 for a tiny cup of dressing. What a shameful and stingy business model.Cafe Rio tastes better and they aren’t looking to rip off their patrons.

A great location, very close to airport , shares the parking lot with gas station. Have your food in this cozy place, buy some souvenir, fill your rental car tank ...all in one place.
